Here is one of the charts from a Heart Rate Variability test BEFORE a volunteer listened to one of our Guided Meditation CDs (it was Greater Mobility: Overcoming Arthritis). Notice the parasympathetic tone was a -1 while resting and the sympathetic tone was 0. When stressed, the sympathetic tone did not respond at all, while the parasympathic tone actually went down (this is not good).

 

 

 

 

Here is the Heart Rate Variability test AFTER the volunteer listened to our Guided Meditation CD (it was Greater Mobility: Overcoming Arthritis). Notice the parasympathetic tone was a 0 while resting (improvement) and the sympathetic tone was 1. When stressed, both the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems responded this time. Our meditation "woke up" this volunteer's nervous system.

 

 

 

Instructions on the use of our Guided Meditation CDs

All of our Guided Meditation CDs have three tracks. The first track is an introduction. The second track is a full guided meditation that lasts between 30 and 40 minutes. We recommend you listen to this once each day if possible. Be sure to find a safe, comfortable location, free of distractions. Don't be concerned if you fall asleep (as you most likely will), because the hypnotic messages will still be received by the sub-concious.

The third track is 15 minutes long and consists of music only with homeopathic remedies playing in the background. You can listen to this anywhere, such as driving in the car or while sitting at a computer. We recommend listening to this track at least once per day.

Although headphones are not required, it can be a more powerful experience when listening to both tracks.
